The JMBG Privacy Policy

The JMBG is absolutely committed to the privacy of persons or user(s) using any JMBG services. The JMBG does collect certain information about JMBG users in order to provide better and more secure services. The private information collected from JMBG users are as follows but not limited to; browser type and capabilities, IP addresses, information contained within logs, use of and information contained within The JMBG services used, password(s), and any additional information the user may choose to provide. The JMBG does not provide ANY information collected with any third parties or organizations at all, with the exceptions that are listed below.

I) The JMBG Network has been used to committ crimes, or may contain evidence of a severe legal infraction. The JMBG reserves the right to provide information to cooperate with authorities in their investigation.

II) The JMBG Network has been abused or compromised in some fashion. The JMBG reserves the right to use information relative to its case in order to prosecute the person or persons.

III) The persons is purchasing or receiving a service The JMBG either provides, or is helping to provide, and the persons agree and acknowledge that certain information will be shared/used for the sole purpose of providing that service or product.

Aside from the exceptions listed above, all private information collected will be kept absolutely confidential. Information that is not considered private information would be as follows but is not limited to; JMBG.NET usernames, first names, and last names. This information is not private information and may be seen by the general public for any number of reasons. eg) the user decides to send an email to their friend, where their username, first name, and last name appear in their message.
